If your deadline is today or has already passed, here's what we recommend doing right away.
Step 1 — Contact your court immediately
Reach out to your court as soon as possible to explain your situation. Many courts are understanding and may grant an extension, especially if you can show that you are actively enrolled and working to complete the requirement.
Step 2 — Use your Enrollment Verification Letter
When you register for the course you immediately receive an Enrollment Verification Letter — a PDF that confirms you are enrolled in co-parenting education. You can share this with your court right away as proof that you are actively working toward completing the requirement, even if you haven't finished yet.
Step 3 — Complete the course as quickly as possible
The course is 4 hours long and made up of 8 modules. You can start immediately and work through it at your own pace. Your certificate is issued as soon as you complete all modules and submit payment.
Step 4 — Submit your certificate to the court
Once you have your certificate, submit it to your court directly. Please note that we do not report completions to courts — submission is your responsibility.
